So we are off to a sprarkling 4-0 start including a good OT win over what appears to be a tough Laredo team. As for Friday's game, not only is it a rematch of the divisions #1 and #2 teams, it's also a qualifying match for the 2005 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup.. Looking forward to it.

Anyways the 4-0 record comes courtesy of an unheard of 3-0 AWAY record. If you have followed this team for as long as I have you would understand how impressive that stat is. I tried seeing how many yellow/red our players have but I couldn't find it on uslsoccer.com. Hopefully our behavior (which if you ask some of our rivals in the 1st Division was the best ) on the road is as sparkling as the 3-0 road mark.

From looking at the stats, it appears like Daniel Frias is quite deserving of the #9 shirt. He leads the team with 4 goals and 2 assist. He also has the most shots and the less fouls according to the stats at the official league website.

Yep, this season is looking good, although last season was also excellent and started off roughly the same way.

If you look at the stats from last match, you will notice a decidedly El Chuco slant when it comes to the number of players booked. Something like five or six to one. I think that part of the Pats' temperament hasn't changed a bit.
