The USL Home Office released the 2002 schedules yesterday, here's the link:

http://www.uslsoccer.com/media/documents/1348737.pdf

It's displayed a little weird, for any month, all the away games are listed together, then all the home dates. Therefore, the dates don't run consecutively. I'm sure the club will release a more user friendly version, but it's still good to see who we're playing. Looks pretty good at first glance. We play Rochester twice (home and away) and Milwaukee comes to town. Long distance travel doesn't look too bad. Once to El Paso and Indiana and twice up to Canada plus the usual travel up and down the East coast. Of course the normal assortment of 2 games in a weekend that everyone else enjoys. Overall, the schedule should be tougher than last year since Cincy and Indy aren't in our conference anymore. Only 113 days till kickoff.

There's an article on A-League.com that has the schedule in a "normal" format:

http://www.a-league.com/news/2002/news,2002,0007.shtml

The Rochester match on August 1 is the day before my birthday, so, just to let everyone know, Boddingtons are an acceptable present.

Not last year, but the year before we played Rochester at home and the fans got this one player for Rochester all wound up! I think his first name was Scott. Does anyone remember? Anyway, that should be a blast of a game if he is still on the team. LETS GO BATTERY.
