Stone Cold First Team Starter Registered: 02/28/00 Posts: 1120 Loc: New York, NY	Is it just me - did I miss the announcement that Rochester had actually signed Greg Simmonds? The USL web site is running a survey regarding the "biggest off season siging" which includes Simmonds @ Rochester! The latest official announcement (from the USL's own website quoting the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle) said "the Rhinos are nearing deals with Rochester veteran All-Star defender Scott Schweitzer and free agent attack-minded veterans Temoc Suarez and Greg Simmonds." Close, but apparently, no cigar. Schweitzer probably is a done deal for Rochester but I hope the Battery gets Suarez & then Pittsburgh signs Simmonds. The fact that there's been nothing official yet, tells me that maybe other clubs are negotiating in the shadows. Oh, the intrigue. http://www.uslsoccer.com/eng/stats/teama...edId&id=1349133
