wjarrettc First Team Member Registered: 01/12/06 Posts: 712 Loc: Cary, NC	The Carolina RailHawks have announced a major new youth player development initiative with partners the Capital Area Soccer League and Next Level Academy. The deal will see teams playing in the Super-Y and Premier Development Leagues of USL under the RailHawks moniker with future teams to be added in the Super 20 League by 2008 and Women's League by 2009.
